Diecast Machine Operator - Mino Industry Tochigi
At Mino Industry Tochigi Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Furuchu Co., Ltd.) in Oyama, Japan, I worked as a Die Casting Machine Operator in the Technical Intern program. The company, headquartered in Japan, specializes in manufacturing and sales of aluminum die-cast products, primarily serving the automotive, vehicle, and spare parts industries. My responsibilities included operating die-casting machines, performing baritori-sagyou (removal of unnecessary mold residue), conducting quality inspections of manufactured goods according to company standards (OK/NG), and handling mold changes as a machine operator. Within my three-year period in Japan, I achieved JLPT N3 certification.
